The role
As a Trainee Sales Representative, you will learn the complete sales cycle: prospecting, lead generation, solution presentation and account management. You will build strong knowledge of multifunction devices, print management software and workflow solutions while supporting experienced colleagues.
Key responsibilities
- Support customer visits, proposals and account management.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within a defined territory.
- Prepare quotations, tenders and solution proposals.
- Take part in customer demonstrations and manufacturer-led product training.
- Maintain accurate sales activity in the CRM and follow up inbound enquiries.
- Understand customer needs and recommend an appropriate solution.
About you
You will need a full UK driving licence, a professional attitude and strong communication, organisation and customer-service skills. Previous sales or customer-service experience is helpful, but motivation and the willingness to learn matter most.
